Order
:

For the customer who placed the special order, a provisional confirmation which state the avaibility and price of the book will send to you for furthur confirmation.

如你在"其他消防車書籍訂購"欄內填寫了書籍的資料，一份載有該書是否可訂購及訂價的臨時確認會電郵給你，以作進一步的確認。
Confirmation

:

After receiving the order, a confirmation will be sent to you. The confirmation state the informations of the order, deposits and way of payment. Please make sure all informations on the confirmation are correct! A order number will be added on the confirmation.

收到訂購表格後，一份載有訂購資料，訂金及付款方法的確認會電郵給你。請核對在確認內的全部資料是否正確!確認內亦會載有你的訂購編號。
Way of Payment :
The way of payment depends on your selection on the order from, and will be stated on the confirmation.
付款方法 : 當填寫訂購表格時，請選擇你的付款方法。付款方法亦會載於確認內。
Deposits

:

Deposits should be paid before we provide services.
The deposits depend on the total amount of your order:
70% for the amount below HK$500
50% for the amount over HK$500
訂金

:

在我們為你訂購前，請繳付訂金如下：
訂金以訂購的總金額計算：
港幣五百元以下的訂購，請繳付總金額70%的訂金
港幣五百元以上的訂購，請繳付總金額50%的訂金
Balance : The balance must be paid by cash on delivery.
餘款 : 餘款請於交收時以現金付清。
Payee
:
On your deposits slip or cheque, please make sure the name of payee is "Lu Heung Kie".
收款人 : 請核實在存款單或支票上的收款人姓名為"Lu Heung Kie。
Refund

:

In the case the ordered items are nolonger avaiable:
One or more items, the amount of this/these item(s) will refund by cash on delivery.
All items, the deposits will post to you by cheque.
退款

:

如果我們未能為你購得你所需之貨品：
一項或多項，這些項目的金額會在交收時以現金退回。
全部項目，訂金總額會以支票方式寄回府上。
Backorder

:

Due to the fact that the supplier very often does not deliver all ordered items in one delivery, it may happen that there will be additional delays. If this occurs, we will inform you that whether we treat the unsent as backorder or cancel the unsnet.
後補項目

:

由於供應商或許未能於一次付運裏，將我們為大家訂購的項目全部寄出，因此一些項目可能有所延誤。你可選擇將該項目列入後補項目，或取消該項目的訂購。
Delivery
:
After the ordered items arrived, we will advice you that how to deliver.
交收 : 收到你所訂購的貨品後，我們會盡快通知你交收方法。
Quality
:
You should check the quality carefully on delivery. No claim after delivery.
品質 : 請在交收時小心檢查你所訂購的貨品。交收後，恕不受理。
Order Number
:
For any enquiry concerning your order, please state your order number on your email.
訂購編號 : 如你有任何查詢，請在電郵內註明你的訂購編號。

For security, we accept your e-mail address that filled in your order form only. If you are going to change your e-mail address, please advice us.
